Reflections - Ten years of experience with the Swedish Telecommunications Act - PTS-ER-2003:5

Ten years have now elapsed since the Swedish Telecommunications Act entered into force and Sweden became one of the first countries in the world to liberalise its telecommunications market. Work is also in progress at present to prepare the legislation that will replace, among other things, the Telecommunications Act. These factors together mean that it is now an appropriate time to review the experience that has been gained over ten years with a liberalised telecommunications market.
