The auction took place in two stages and was concluded in 5 days. The band consists of 2x70 MHz divided into 14 frequency blocks. After the auction Net4Mobility and TeliaSonera have 2x35 MHz each.

Stage 1 in the auction has concluded today after 18 bidding rounds. In stage 1 2x35 MHz is assigned, divided into seven frequency blocks of 2x5 MHz each.
The winning bidders and the amount they have to pay are:
Net4Mobility HB has won 2 frequency blocks (2x10 MHz) for SEK 430,000,000.
TeliaSonera Mobile Networks AB] has won 5 frequency blocks (2x25 MHz) for SEK 919,999,999.
Hi3G Access AB also participated but did not win any blocks in stage 1 of the auction.
Stage 2 of the auction starts Monday 17 October.
In stage 2 the placement of the band is decided. The winning bidders from stage 1 as well as existing license holders (of 2x35 MHz) may participate. The placement round therefore includes 2× 70MHz. Stage 2 will take 1-2 business days.

At the end of each auction day, PTS will publish information on the number of bidding rounds that have been concluded during the day and the sum of all bids.
For reasons of confidentiality, PTS will not publish names of bidders before the first stage of the auction has been concluded.
The auction is foreseen to take approximately 2 to 10 working days to conclude, but may take longer.

One or more applications have been submitted to PTS and the administration hereby confirms that the auction will take place. It is scheduled to start on 11 October and is assessed to take 2 to 10 working days, but may take longer. The name(s) of the bidder(s) will be published after the first stage of the auction.
