PTS regulations

In order to perform its assignments within the areas of postal services and electronic communications, PTS can, by law, issue regulations.

A regulation contains binding rules.

PTS also provides general advice. Such general advice expresses the views of PTS; for example, as regards how a regulation should be applied.
