Wireless audio transmission

Use of wireless microphones and hearing aid equipment in some cases require a license from PTS.

A license is required for wireless audio transmission under the Electronic Communications Act. There are however exceptions where a license is not required. You can read more about what applies to different frequencies in the following table.
